General Bonus Terms

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been confirmed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally considered void and the original stake is refunded.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Rummy Game reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Casino & Card Games

Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time. Any valid balance in your account (excluding bonuses) will be eligible for withdrawal. Once you notify the support team, the process will be completed within 48 hours.

Inactive Account

If there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.
